Need brings forth
The needs of the people fuel the fire of the disciples!
As trials become more intense multitudes shall seek God for answers because of need. As the multitudes seek God for answers, more faith shall be produced. The greater faith will bring forth greater truth, and once the truth is known man is then held accountable for it, and judgment soon follows. A light appears much brighter in the darkness.
Luk_12:48 But he that knew not, and did commit things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few stripes. For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required: and to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more.
Pro_27:7 The full soul loatheth an honeycomb; but to the hungry soul every bitter thing is sweet.
Isa_26:16 LORD, in trouble have they visited thee, they poured out a prayer when thy chastening was upon them.
Isa 26:9 With my soul have I desired thee in the night; yea, with my spirit within me will I seek thee early: for when thy judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness.
2Ti 3:1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. 2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, 4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;
Joh_9:41 Jesus said unto them, If ye were blind, ye should have no sin: but now ye say, We see; therefore your sin remaineth.

The difference of being stuck at the bottom of the mountain in the trenches or climbing to the top... sadly, I can't seem to figure out how to climb out of the trench! Frustrated... but truthful/honest
@Growedup - That is growth, when we see a need it causes us to start looking to fulfill it. When ever you think your at the end of yrou rope look back at how far you have come, and that will bring encouragement to continue on.
@Lewis1122 - ~*AMEN*~... because I can list something I am not proud of, some things I over came, and things that no longer tempt me... and lots of learning!!! Good thing I have a thick skull, been knocked up side the head by life so much if I didn't... bet my head would cave in
Why is it that people lack great faith? Has God not showed his mercy and healing power? He reveals it daily and yet, as He passes by, who really sees Him?
Great reminder, to live fully set in the Lord.

I have thought about your question many times, and what I think it is, we are actually giving credit to everything else instead of God. I have been loosing weight and at times it would seem easy to simply say it is because of my walking and my change in diet and forget it was God that changed things in my life which brought about my weight loss. Where our minds give credit our words follow and further those thoughts. When one asks me how I loose weight, I have found I have a problem with answering saying walking and change in diet. Instead of replying by the Lord, and because of my weak faith he cannot miraculously remove the weight but uses my walking and change in diet. The bible tells us the words we speak we feed upon.
